With spring coming right around the corner and temperatures warming up, people will be outside more and doing things around the house and yard.  Here are some tips to help you remember the proper way to prevent the spread of disease and germs in washing your hands.

Sometimes the little things..

.. are so easily forgotten. It is quite interesting, that companies often invest a lot of money in fighting stress, and buying stress coaching to prevent their employees from getting sick. And at the same time many people get sick because of bad hygiene.

It's true that washing your

It's true that washing your hands on a daily basis can really do so much for your health. Although you can't see the bacteria and germs, they're there.
